1. Use of the App
Lenya helps users analyze conversations, identify possible red flags and green flags, understand communication patterns, and generate suggested replies.
You agree to use Lenya only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for the screenshots, text, conversations, and other content you choose to submit.
You should not upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use or that violates another person’s privacy, rights, or applicable laws.
2. AI Features Disclaimer
Lenya uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis, insights, and suggested replies.
AI-generated results:
- Are estimated reads, not certainty
- May be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- Do not prove what another person thinks, feels, or intends
- Should not be treated as professional advice
- Should not replace your own judgment
Lenya does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice.
If you are in danger, experiencing abuse, threats, harassment, self-harm thoughts, or any urgent situation, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. User Content
You keep ownership of the content you submit.
By submitting screenshots, conversation text, or other inputs, you allow Lenya and its service providers to process that content only as needed to provide the app’s features, generate results, maintain the service, and comply with legal obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is appropriate and lawful.
4. Privacy
Your use of Lenya is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect information, including chat screenshots, pasted conversations, waitlist emails, and AI processing data.
5. Subscriptions
Lenya may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the App Store.
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription
Subscription prices and available plans may vary by country or region.
6. Free Trials
Lenya may offer free trials from time to time.
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Apple ID account will be charged according to the selected subscription plan.
Free trial availability and duration may vary.
7. Purchases and Refunds
Purchases and subscriptions made through the App Store are handled by Apple.
Refund requests must be made through Apple according to Apple’s policies.
Lenya does not directly process payment card information.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Lenya for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
- Upload content that violates another person’s rights or privacy
- Use Lenya to harass, threaten, manipulate, stalk, or harm another person
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, damage, overload, or interfere with the app or service
- Use automated systems to abuse or overload the service
- Misrepresent AI-generated results as factual proof or professional advice
9. Availability
We aim to keep Lenya available and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Lenya may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party provider outages, or other reasons.
10. Changes to the App
We may change, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Some features may require a subscription or may change over time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lenya is not responsible for:
- Decisions made based on AI-generated results
- Misunderstandings, relationship outcomes, or communication choices
- Inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected AI outputs
- Losses caused by service interruptions or technical issues
- Content submitted by users
- Actions taken by third-party service providers
You use Lenya at your own discretion and responsibility.
12. No Warranty
Lenya is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that Lenya will always be accurate, available, secure, or free from errors.
We do not guarantee that any analysis, red flag, green flag, or suggested reply will be correct or suitable for your situation.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Lenya if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create risk for other users, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of Lenya after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
